Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day ,

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to
that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will repay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is earlier.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to the return address provided by us .
Please do not send the goods to the address in the legal notice.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation in kind
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
