General Information
We place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives safely, reliably and quickly. Our shipping partners are carefully selected to guarantee a smooth process.

Delivery area
We ship worldwide. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days after receipt of payment

  • Delivery Germany & EU: approx. 7–12 business days

  • International delivery: approx. 7–12 business days

Please note: In individual cases, customs or shipping delays may result in longer delivery times.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international deliveries .

Tracking shipment
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, if available from the shipping provider.

Undeliverable shipments
For returns due to incorrect address or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the re-shipping costs.
